Bread Bowl...or maybe Bread pucks

So I again tried to make bread bowls. And again I flopped. They just didn't get the nice bowl shape they were supposed to. I ended up with this...

And the inside looked like this....


At least this time they were two inches tall. Last time they looked more like hockey pucks. I'm getting closer. No worries though, I took the other two dough flats and rolled them out, fried them in oil and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on them. If you want to try the bread bowls I got the recipe here and hers look wonderful.
All in all it worked out well. Happy day!
